To qualify, the existing customer processing with First Data Merchant Services LLC, or affiliates of First Data Merchant Services LLC, must refer an unrelated merchant not currently processing with First Data Merchant Services LLC, or its affiliates of First Data Merchant Services, LLC, who enters into a processing agreement with First Data Merchant Services LLC. First Data Merchant Services LLC will deposit $500 into the checking account linked to the referrer's merchant account when referred account Purchases or Leases a qualifying Clover Device (Clover Compact, Clover Flex, Clover Mini, Clover Station, Clover Kiosk or Clover Kitchen Display System (KDS)).

First Data Merchant Services LLC will deposit an additional; $100 into the checking account linked to the referrer's merchant account when referred account selects the” Essentials” Software plan, an additional $250 when referred account selects either a” Growth” or “Hospitality” Software plan (Retail, Services, Restaurant, or Clover Hospitality).

Fulfillment occurs within 90 days after the referred merchant is approved, activates their account, and begins processing. Offer does not apply to Account Only or non-Clover prospects.
